Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This policy explains what data Rowcall ("we") collects and how it's used. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the Service, we don't sell data, and your test data on the Free plan never leaves your device.
What we collect
- Account: your email address (used to sign you in with one-time codes) and a record of your plan.
- Project data: on the Free plan, your projects are stored only in your browser on your device — we never receive them. On the Cloud plan, a copy of your projects is stored on our servers to provide backup and sync.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We store a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription status — never your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
Service providers
- Supabase — authentication and cloud database hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing and billing management.
- Resend — sending sign-in code emails.
- Netlify — hosting for the app and this website.
These providers process data on our behalf to run the Service; we share only what each needs.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't use advertising trackers on the app or this site.
- We don't read your project data except as needed to operate the Service (e.g. debugging with your consent).
Data retention & deletion
Cloud project data is retained while your account exists — including after a subscription ends, so it reattaches if you resubscribe. You can permanently delete all of your data and your account at any time from the account page; this erases your cloud projects, your profile, and your sign-in record, and cancels any active subscription. Local data on your own device is under your control (clearing browser storage removes it).
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or its correction or deletion, by emailing support@rowcall.app. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll note it here and update the date above.
